We are asking that all ministry leaders please set aside this date for a special lunch. This would include leaders of Youth, Children, Worship, Care & Share, Lighthouse, Breakout, Prayer, Hubs, Outreach & Pastoral care ministries. At this lunch Alison Devenish will facilitate the discussion, on behalf of the leadership team, where we will be sharing the following:
- ACC Community Audit findings
- An overview of the new online ChurchSuite tool that we are planning to use across all of our ministries and events.
- ACC Congregation Survey (planning to roll out in July)
Also, we want to listen to each of you and discuss the following:
- how does your ministry respond to the needs of our community audit?
- what skills/roles does your ministry currently need?
- what gaps do you have in operating your ministry?
- are there any new ministry opportunities we think we should undertake or integrate into existing ministries?
